What's included

Nightly rates
Rates and dates have not been published. When the calendar opens, this page will show the nightly price, available dates, required fees, taxes, and any stay restrictions.
Minimum stay
Minimum-stay rules have not been finalized. The expected setup is a two-night minimum, with possible one-night openings for close-in unbooked dates and possible three-night minimums during select high-demand periods. Final rules will be posted before reservations are accepted.
Fees and taxes
Pets are allowed. A pet fee and cleaning fee will apply, but the final amounts and detailed pet cleanup rules are still being finalized. Airbnb and Vrbo present taxes through their checkout flows after the applicable tax settings are configured. The complete price and policies will be provided in writing before a direct booking is accepted.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms are not final and may differ between direct bookings, Airbnb, and Vrbo because each platform limits the available policy options. The expected policy is a full refund outside 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund inside 30 days, and no refund inside two weeks, but the applicable written policy will be confirmed before payment.
How to book
Email honkytonkiesproperties@gmail.com with your proposed dates for a direct-booking inquiry. Availability, price, policies, and payment instructions will be confirmed manually. An inquiry does not reserve dates; a date is reserved only after payment is received and the reservation is confirmed in writing.
