The North Pine Overlook is open for stays and booking directly. The cabin sleeps 6, with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We do not publish a nightly rate or a public calendar yet, so every stay is quoted by email.
Email honkytonkiesproperties@gmail.com with your arrival and departure dates and your group size, or use the inquiry form on the home page. We reply with availability and a full price, usually within 24 hours.
An inquiry does not hold dates. A stay is reserved once the written confirmation and payment are complete.
Nightly rates
Pricing depends on the season and the length of the stay, so we quote each inquiry directly rather than posting one number. You will always get the full price in writing, with every fee itemized, before you are asked to pay anything.
Minimum stay
Two nights is the usual minimum. Single nights sometimes open up for close-in dates that are still unbooked, and some high-demand weekends carry a three-night minimum. We will tell you exactly what applies to your dates when we quote you.
Fees and taxes
Pets are welcome. A cleaning fee and a pet fee apply, and both are itemized in your written quote rather than added later. If you book through Airbnb or Vrbo instead, those platforms calculate and collect the applicable taxes through their own checkout.
Cancellation
The standard terms are a full refund up to 30 days before check-in, 50 percent inside 30 days, and no refund inside two weeks. Airbnb and Vrbo limit which policies a host can choose, so terms booked through those platforms can differ. Whichever applies to your booking is confirmed in writing before payment.
What's included
Everything listed on the amenities section of the home page is installed and available to guests. If a specific amenity matters to your trip, ask when you inquire and we will confirm it for your dates.
Arrival and departure
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Accessibility
This property is not wheelchair accessible and requires steps to reach both the upper and lower level of the home. The garage is the only spot that does not require stairs. If you have an access need, ask before booking and we will tell you honestly whether the cabin will work for you.
